  1. To send a conference:
  2.  1) Open QuickConference.
  3.  2) Click the 'ZONE' button.
  4.  3) Select the Zone(s) that contains the user(s) you wish to conference.
  5.  4) Type your message in the Entry field.
  6.  5) Select the recipient(s) from the Online Users list.
  7.  6) Click 'SEND.'
  8.  
  9. Your message, along with any replies, will appear in the Transcript box.
